Privacy Notice

Izbushka Properties Company Limited (CÔNG TY TNHH BẤT ĐỘNG SẢN IZBUSHKA, tax code 0317369269, Tầng 5, Tòa nhà VVA Tower, 277-279 Lý Tự Trọng, Phường Bến Thành, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam; "we", "the Company") respects your privacy. This Notice explains how we process the personal data of visitors and clients of izbushka.vn and our contact channels, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree No. 356/2025/NĐ-CP.
A. Data we process
- – Name, phone number (including Zalo, WhatsApp or Telegram), email address.
- – What you write to us in forms, chats and messages: the project you are interested in, budget, preferred time to call.
- – Recordings of phone calls with our staff.
- – Technical data of your visit: IP address, browser and device type, time of visit, cookies, advertising tags.
- – Data you give us when we sign and perform a contract: identity document details, address, payment details.
We do not collect sensitive personal data.
B. Purposes
By sending us a form, a message or your phone number, you agree that we process your personal data to:
- – answer your request and advise you on buying, owning, renting out and selling real estate;
- – contact you through the channel you chose;
- – send you information about our projects, offers and events, by phone, message or email; you can ask us to stop at any time by writing ‘STOP’ to info@izbushka.vn;
- – conclude and perform a contract with you;
- – keep records, statistics and improve our service;
- – comply with the law and protect our legal rights.
C. Who receives your data
To do the above we use service providers and may share your data with them, including Zoho CRM, CareSoft, Zalo, Meta, Google and our website hosting, as well as lawyers, auditors, banks and companies of our group. Some of these providers and some of our staff are outside Vietnam, so your data may be transferred and accessed outside Vietnam. Such transfer is made with your consent given under this Notice and in line with the law. We do not sell your personal data.
D. If you do not provide data
Without your contact details we cannot answer your request or sign a contract with you.
E. Retention
We keep data from requests that did not lead to a contract for 3 years from the last contact, and data from contracts for 10 years as required by Vietnamese accounting and tax law. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.
F. Cookies
Our websites use necessary cookies to work. We use analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
G. Security
We protect your data with access control, encryption in transit and non-disclosure obligations of our staff and providers. No transfer over the Internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee it; we take reasonable steps to protect data we hold.
H. Your rights
Under the law you have the right to know how we process your data, to access and correct it, to withdraw your consent, to ask us to delete or restrict it, to object to marketing, and to complain to the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam. To exercise a right, write to info@izbushka.vn with your name and the phone number you gave us. We answer within the time set by law.
I. Children
We do not knowingly process the data of persons under 18. If you have given us such data, tell us and we will delete it.
J. Changes
We may update this Notice. The current version with its effective date is always on our websites.
